Chartered Accountant (CA) एक professional qualification है, जो finance, accounting, auditing, taxation और corporate laws में expertise प्रदान करती है। भारत में CA बनने की प्रक्रिया को Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) संचालित करता है।
CA को legally यह अधिकार होता है कि वह:
किसी भी कंपनी का audit कर सके
Income Tax और GST return file कर सके
Financial statements certify कर सके
Corporate compliance संभाल सके
इसी कारण CA को business की “financial backbone” कहा जाता है।
भारत में CA course केवल ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) द्वारा संचालित किया जाता है।
